Tracking, Payment and Reporting
Tracking
MediaBids tracks inquiries through a unique toll-free phone number* or URL address placed in the advertisement. Tracking (unique inquiries) continues for 30 days beyond the last run date of the advertisement.
Payment
All inquiries are counted at the beginning of each month, for the previous month’s activity, with payment for all valid inquiries based upon the terms of each advertiser issued to participating publications within a 60 day period.
Reporting
Reporting will be sent out on a monthly basis, and will show the number of valid inquiries received from your publication.
Notice of Cancellation
Per-Inquiry advertisers may cancel their print campaigns without notice. All future placements must be cancelled if requested before the publications deadline. Publications running the advertisement will receive a final payment and report of all activity for no more than 30 days after the Per-Inquiry advertiser's campaign ends.
*Some toll-free numbers or URLs may be shared. In these cases they are distributed geographically, with relevance to each publication's circulated reach. To accurately monitor and assign inquiry results, MediaBids will not place the same toll-free number within 200 miles, or URL within 100 miles, of your publication's reach.
