Auction Steps
There are two types of auctions that you can use on MediaBids to plan your print advertising buy:
Auction by Price | View an example
Get Bids from Publications based on your budget.
You can define the budget for either a single ad or multiple insertions. Publications will submit bids, letting you know how much space and number of insertions they will give you for that amount.
Auction by Size | View an example
Get Bids from Publications based on the size ad you'd like to run.
Choose a general ad size (Full-Page, 1/2 Page, etc.) or specify dimensions of an ad you have ready. Publications will submit bids, letting you know the price for an ad of that size and frequency in their publication.

Set your budget or ad size, date you'd like the ad(s) to run, number of insertions and more. View an example - Step 2 - Invite Publications To Bid
Invite publications that reach your target audience to bid on your auction. View an example - Step 3 - Confirm & Start Your Auction
Once your auction is approved, publications will be able to place bids. View an example - Step 4 - Purchase Ads
If you like the bids placed on your auction, you can purchase as many as few as you would like. There is no obligation to purchase. View an example
